Dr. Amy is Trilogy's Naturopath in Residence and is based in Arizona at Trilogy at Vistancia®. Since 2009, Dr. Amy has played a critical role in our communities across the country, publishing a monthly Wellness Journal on MyTrilogyLife.com and doing individual consultations as well as group presentations. Dr. Amy’s concentration is in endocrine, hormonal, and preventive medicine.
This treatment incorporates warm, smooth Himalayan salt stones to warm up the tissue and release tension and toxins from your body. Enjoy a blissful 50 minutes for $135 or an indulgent 80 minutes for $165.

We strongly suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment but even more if you want to enjoy the Whirlpool in the Zen Garden or so you will have time to enjoy the dressing room amenities and a soothing cup of tea in our relaxation area before your treatment begins.

If you plan to use the coed outdoor whirlpool or resort pool before or after your services, please be sure to bring swimwear, sunscreen, and a pool towel. Spa towels are available for use within the spa but are not permitted for use by the pool. Pool towels are available for purchase if needed. We recommend against bringing valuables to the spa.
Gratuities are not included in the price of your treatment. Although it is an individual decision to tip accordingly, the standard is 18% – 20% of the standard or non-discounted price of service.
To avoid a 50% cancellation fee, we ask that individual appointments be cancelled at least four hours prior to the appointment time and multiple appointments, twenty-four hours in advance.
