| August 14, 2020 | Landscape | 1619 CHIANTI LN - Drainage on vacant lot adjacent to us (PG & E easement) needs to be reworked. (More than a shovelful or two of dirt, I might add) When the irrigation sprinklers are left on excess water, instead of draining to the street, seeps under the block wall, floods the west portion of our lot and will continue to seep under our slab. A tree in our yard has already blown over due to supersaturated soil. Potential soil instability and resulting damage to our home exists. Excessive irrigation can be addressed; excessive winter rains cannot. It's 100 degrees now........soon it will be raining!

| June 10, 2020 | Landscape | 1619 CHIANTI LN - The sodded vacant area (PG & E easement)adjacent to our lot at 1619 Chianti Ln. has been allowed to get very dry and brown. Apparently, in an attempt to revive it, sprinklers were turned on sometime in the morning of June 4 and allowed to run continuously until approx 10AM on June 5. This excessive watering over that amount of time caused the soil to become saturated and soft. Then the high winds of June 6 blew over a tree planted in our yard along the west wall bordering our lot. A grounds and maintenance crew needs to upright and stabilize the tree which is now at about a 30 degree cant from vertical. This needs to be done right away.
Of potentially greater concern is the fact that this unnaturally excessive water can seep under or slab/foundation and cause dynamic changes in the soil beneath resulting in structural damage to our home. And we certainly don't need any more of these issues here in Trilogy!

| December 20, 2024 | Club | 2 Gym issues: 1) The ants have reappeared on the mat in the back corner. I have seen them two consecutive days now, as I stretch out back by the mirrors in the gym.
2) There is an exercise bike that has been turned so the rider looks onto the exercise mat, instead of outside. Please return the bike so the position of the rider looks outside as they exercise. It is extremely uncomfortable for those stretching on the mat.

1) In the gym by the mirrors where the Pilates table is and all the floor exercise is done there have been ants crossing the mats for weeks. The ants make it uncomfortable to do floor exercise.
2) Also, all 3 elliptical machines that the monitors are in operable. The machines need service.
When I advised the SAWA spa staff they keep assuring me that both problems are being handled, but it's been weeks. So I submit this report on Sept 18th, just to properly go through channels with a date marker.

Why would you install grass if you do not water it properly???

| September 7, 2022 | Gates | A friend visited yesterday. I had told her to enter the last four digits of my phone number at the Latour gate, which has always worked in the past (causing my phone to ring so I can dial 9 to remotely open the gate.) This time, she got a message displayed that it was dialing my number, and it came through as a voice call. This happened multiple times, including once when I was sitting beside her and saw that she did exactly what was the correct steps. My transponder and card continue to work normally, but I want visitors and delivery people to be able to ring my phone so I can open the gate for them.

Water and mud have made the path a potential fall/slip risk and a v ditch filled with mud. Will attach a photo from last night - the photo would not download even though it is 3.4 mb which is under the 5 mb file size max. This is happened before. Is there an issue that can be resolved so I can attach a photo?

| August 6, 2020 | Landscape | A number of plants, shrubs, and trees have died. Grasses are an eyesore. The dead hedges at the wine barn, the over watered olive trees, and the unsightly grasses at Miwok Park. The olive trees leading up to the club on Trilogy Parkway a number of the olive trees have been over watered and there is a standing accumulation of water under them of about 3 inches or more. If the situation is not quickly resolved, the olive trees will die. This not only means that they will need to be replaced, but also it will come at a cost which the homeowners will have to absorb. If you share my concerns, it is my hope that this information will spur you into action, and that you will write to both the HOA & the board.

| March 12, 2023 | Villages | A section of the recently repainted wall cap in my back yard has the paint peeling off again. This is the same section that had already been repainted by the painter (see the ticket I opened on January 18th. The painter did come out and repaint the peeling section, but the paint is coming off again). Clearly the painter did not adequately prep the wall cap before painting.... twice. I'm happy to do the work correctly on my own if the HOA can provide me a pint or quart of the correct paint. I can provide a picture if you like.
