Zinfandel vehicle exit gate stuck open

Zinfandel exit gate was not closing at 10:33pm. Watched for several minutes.

You probably have received many complaints about“Lake Moscato" in front of 1816 Moscato. I would think it should be a simple and cheap fix. It’s been a problem literally for 5+? years. In heavy rain the water pools in front of the house so much that it goes over the middle of the road and drains somewhat on that side of the street. Maybe it could be solved by a pipe or a small, deeper gutter to the storm drain several feet away.

Women’s locker room floor was filthy as of 7:30am this morning. Almost looks like there was something wrong with the floor cleaner.

Why is the indoor pool room consistently hot and humid? The water temperature of the pool is too high, making it difficult to enjoy a good workout while doing laps. Also, a few of us are experiencing skin rashes after doing laps in the indoor pool, but not experiencing these symptoms when swimming in other pools. Are the water tests showing any problems with chlorine levels, pH,
total alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid, or total dissolved solids? Would you please share your test results with us? The pool is a great resource for swimming, but the heat and skin rashes are deterrents for using the pool.

When will we have music again in the pool, and when will the hot tub be working? Thank-you.

What's happening in the ladies locker room - the floor is dirty?? wearing out?? Not sure what has happened. Thank-you.

Weeds are looking terrible at the back of Solera Street.
My husband and I have already cleared the fire lane between our house and the Neighbors house, which I feel we should have to do but have waited so long for it to be done.. these weeds make the place look, unkempt, and scruffy!
Could you please send out somebody asap!

We would like to ask that the landscape staff trim down the plant growing on the other side of the wall on the side of our house. We live on the right side of the Latour gate. The plant is starting to come over the top of the sound wall. It is a climber and has started to come over the sound wall cap and it growing into our plants. The top of the sound wall is too high for us to get to.

It is also growing under the wall and coming up in our landscape. We realize there isn't anything that can be done about that but having to deal with both the top and the bottom of our wall to remove a plant that isn't in ours a bit much for us. My husband uses a walker and I have a bad back getting on a ladder to reach over to the other side of the sound wall is very difficult. Thank you for any help you can give us.

We have two oak trees outside our fence above the olive grove that are severely blighted. They are losing all their curled leaves rapidly. Please come by and see if you can rescue these beautiful trees. 1154 St. Julien St., Bordeaux.

We are seeing more damage on lawns and believe we are seeing Farrell pigs tearing up lawns. I saw on Symphony street and also by the club house. I have some pictures I could send but dont see where to attach them.
