SINKHOLE: Sonoma Gate Roundabout

There is potential sinkhole developing(?) at the Sonoma Gate roundabout. Its is between the center ring around the garden and the asphalt. Located on the left as you exit the gate approching Vineyards Parkway stop sign.

Probably a good idea to check it out before Sonoma reseal.

All of the palm trees and palm shrubs around the pool area have dead fronds in them. These should be cut off to maintain the image of a true resort pool.

Walkway up to Club, been this way for over a year!!

In the handicapped shower in the ladies locker room, The hose to the hand held shower head is wor and about to break.

The bottle-fill function on the gym drinking fountain has been broken since May.

I submitted a written report at the gym in May, and the maintenance sheet stated that parts were ordered on May 29. Since then, I have requested updates on that sheet several times, but none have been provided.

Yesterday, I spoke with Pria at the concierge desk. She checked the records and found that the repair had been reported as completed in May. That information is incorrect. The bottle filler was not fixed and still does not work.

Facilities has reset the unit more than once. Each time, it worked only once or twice and had stopped working again by the following day. Clearly, resetting it is not a repair.

Please have Facilities correct the inaccurate record, determine what repair or replacement is actually required, and provide a specific status update and expected completion date. After more than two months, this should not remain unresolved without any explanation.

North end of Miwok walking path area has several dry areas of grass due to lack of enough water for the heat we are experiencing.

The hillside to the north of Barbaresco sloping down from Upper Miwok Park has long grass which appears that the irrigation system is not working as it is mostly turning brown.

There is a tree in the olive grove behind our house that has a dead branch. This branch is hanging over the fence above our yard. Please have the dead branch removed and thin the overhanging branches. Thank you.

This is my second report of large cracks on upper Gamay Lane of Bordeaux village our home. The crack has gotten wider since my last message. Does not appear that the company hired did not completely fill the cracks from the original repair. There are quite a few road cracks in the upper Gamay Lane. When can we expect this to be repaired properly?

Same 2 water leaks as 1-2 weeks ago behind Frascati.

Sprinkler at divide area of entrance to Andalucia.
Lots of water at each watering for small area.
Much run off onto street.

May be adjust water a little?
White pipe to help soil drainage would love a little less water too.
