Meritage Loop Park in Tuscany, the grass field is being over watered and large areas of grass are dead because of the pooling water. Photos show some of the dead grass and pooled water in the morning . One photo shows the area in the late afternoon, it is still soggy from the morning irrigation.

Please remove the large umbrella at the bocce courts. It is broken as well as too large for the Bocce area. Members trying to deploy it have hit the overhead lights. Scott is aware of this request.

In Bocce area, the lights over the picnic/BBQ area are not working correctly. The west side lights are or were controlled by a timer that is broken and the lights were on 24/7. The East side lights don't work at all as far as I can tell. Some of the junction boxes are very corroded and no longer seal out weather.

The gate to the olive grove (next to 1521 Symphony Cir) can not be closed. The latch, the gate, and the fence do not align. It was not installed properly. (I hope we didnt pay full price for that).

Looks like there was an attempt to bootleg fix it last time, but that was poorly done.

Broken irrigation line in vineyards across from my house (1833 Riesling Cir) flooding the area.

A rodent (s) got into one bathroom cabinet, chewing on paper products, and bleeding. We did NOT try to clean it up. I did try to barricade it.
the area has been cleaned and i will notify our pest company to add more traps

About a year ago, I reported that the backlight to the TRILOGY monument sign at the development entrance sign on the left side of the Vineyards Parkway past John Muir Parkway was burned out. It is still burned out. Please have maintenance staff address the issue.

Andalucia Gate

None of our given numbers work. The numbers we have are:

I was assured the indoor pool temp was being monitored with a thermostat on the wall. Well after not going for awhile I thought I’d give it a try today. The thermostat was not registering a temp and it was too cold for me to go in. A little later I spoke to “Dave” who was talking on the pool phone so I asked him about it. He said he’ll check. I then went home and got my thermometer, went back and took temp in 3 different areas of the pool. 75.0, 75.0 and 75.4. This is disappointing to say the least and totally unacceptable. I understand that eventually this will be redone. But in the meantime this is an amenity for the homeowners. the thermostat on the wall has been replaced and was reading 81.3. i will adjust so it reads between 82 and 83. thanks.

Thanks for hanging the #3 court sign. We found the #2 sign in the shed and placed it on court #2. Could you please hang that one as well? Thanks for emptying the used tennis balls from the recycling bin!
