Maintenance Issue Reports

The former handicap parking stalls that are now open parking stalls need to have the old pavement symbols repainted black. The forecast is calling for rain this week (2/23/26) I checked and did not see any previously submitted maintenance requests. Thank You

Robert: Mark the stalls are to be blacked out when the paving contractor comes back to do the top sealant coat. The contractor is waiting for a full week of dry weather with appropriate temp to aide drying.

The first fountain on the way up to the club by the big structure is in a terrible condition, stagnant water, green algae, smells really bad, the motor is above the water line. Needs tending too, especially as we have mosquitoes

The fence at the base of the vineyard along Trilogy Parkway is damaged. There are two broken slats hanging down. If you are driving up Trilogy Pkwy from Vineyards Pkwy, this is located about halfway up from the fountain/crosswalk on Trilogy Parkway by the bocce courts and before the curve in Trilogy Parkway near Healing Rock. Another way to locate it is it is would be almost directly behind the homes at 1962 and 1964 Sacred Mountain Lane.

The exit side of the Zinfandel gate periodically stays open. Sometimes the gate is stuck open, sometimes it closes. I have seen this issue several times over the past week, including this evening.

The exit gate at Porto Village is stuck with one side open and the other side will not open. The only way to exit is through the entry gate

The entry gate at Latour is squeaky terribly!!! I didn’t know but my husband called the front desk a week or so ago asking for it to be fixed. I wrote in on this site early last week about it. I need someone to tell me when it is going to be fixed. I need it fixed asap!!! My husband had a heart attack. I am bringing him home from the hospital today. The gate is so loud he will get no rest. I actually counted the gate closings in the last 5 minutes as 8 times. It is more often earlier in the morning. It is driving me crazy. Drive through yourself; wait with your windows open as the gate closes; trust me you will wince and cringe! We can’t sit outside; it is too painful. PLEASE HELP!

The entrance and golf cart gate near the Bocci ball court has not worked for a couple of weeks. Both my wifes and my badge work at the Sonoma and Miwok gates but not on the gates at the end of California trail. Please fix.

The door to locker #24 in the men’s locker room is off one hinge.

The digital readout on the shoulder press is not working. Thank you.

Robert: The unit was unplugged.

The curtains in the Pool Cabanas are in very bad condition. The rollers and tracks that the curtains move on are broken or jammed.
I was rather shocked when I recently used a cabana and saw how ragged and shredded the curtains had become.

In general, the Club grounds, parking lots etc. are in the worst condition that I have seen in my 8+ years at Trilogy...

The cord for the weight selector on the chest press has come unattached.
