Fitness Studio temperature control. Lately the fitness studio has been very warm and hard to cool down. Even if the temperature is reset to 69 degrees, it will turn off and return to an 85 degree setting. This is problematic as the room becomes very warm and stuffy while exercising. Please help!

Pedestrian gate between Viognier Court and the walking path behind Bordeaux does not work. Combination does unlock the gate but the gate frame is "stuck" and takes a very hard push to open from the court side. Once open, it will not close again. It appears that the silver rectangular plate on the fence side of the lock extends too far beyond the fence post and prevents the gate itself from closing. There are large bolts on the latch plate which may be the cause. This is a recent problem and was not the case about 1-2 weeks ago since I have been using the gate a couple on a regular basis since it was installed.

Sonoma Gate Control Panel display is defective and unreadable. The display just shows dots which makes it impossible for visitors to find any resident information. I have included a picture of what the display looks like. I was told it has been this way for several weeks at the least.

A light bulb directly over the pool table nearest the window is burned out. Also the last time this happened it was replaced with a bulb of a different temperature. I also reported that, it has not been addressed. All of the bulbs should match in kelvin temperature. They do not.

Ongoing issues with Viognier pedestrian gate. Maintenance report filed several times in the past 14 months.

1. The gate has a reversed strike plate and elevated screws. The elevated screws sometimes block the gate from closing or make it hard or impossible to open. This is/has been part of the ongoing gate sticking open or not opening problem.
2. Additionally and with more impact - in the afternoon after the sun hits the metal fence, the framing of the gate expands. When it expands the top of the gate is blocked from both opening and closing by the metal fence. If you want to observe the problem come out in the late afternoon. It will not be in evidence in the A.M.
3. The problem is once the gate is opened in the afternoon, it will remain open until it cools off, then it closes on its own. Meanwhile the gate does not provide a security-related function as it stay open until late P.M..

I would like the bushes on Trilogy Parkway behind my house topped and trimmed at least a foot, preferably even with the top of the iron fence. I live at 1966 Sacred Mountain Lane and in order for the bushes to grow full and healthy, they need to be topped annually. Several have died over the years due to improper care, as this has been an ongoing issue for several years. I was also advised last year that the bushes would be topped annually in the spring as part of the standard maintenance program and that I would not need to send in a request as I have since I moved into the home in 2019. I also watched maintenance staff top and trim only the bushes behind 1958 Sacred Mountains home today, leaving the rest of the block undone. Why is that? If you look at those bushes, you can see a noticeable difference versus the bushes behind my home.

The Magnolia trees surrounding the round-about at the club entrance appear stressed. Leaves are beginning to yellow and fall. I notice this is the location where artificial turf was recently installed over the tree roots. When the sprinklers to the previous lawn were disconnected for the turf, was there a water source installed to feed the trees?
