| April 12, 2023 | Wine Barn | TRASH REMOVAL AND LIGHTING ISSUES
Since I live on Miwok Court I am a frequent visitor to the Wine Barn property on a daily basis. I have noticed that often times when a group uses the Wine Barn the trash is not removed regularly. Right now there is a filled lined trash can on the front patio area that has been there since last week and it stinks! Also at various times the lights have not been set correctly when the maintenance people come to close up - leaving the entire property dark. May I suggest that you come up with a procedure or checklist that is posted for groups to know how to dispose of trash and set the lights when they leave. The alternative is to do the same with staff.

| April 12, 2023 | Wine Barn | WATER COLLECTING DRAINS
I have noticed another issue that needs attention soon and that is the cute rain collecting buckets attached to the gutters at the Wine Barn have come apart and many of the buckets I have found throughout the Wine Barn property. I have myself gathered them up and put them on the ground under each corner area where they are associated with but if we don't repair them soon they will be lost and then we would have to replace them entirely at additional cost.

| April 15, 2023 | Gates | In the back right corner of Monte Rosa park (city park located between Bordeaux and Tuscany) there is a gate that allows access to and from the Montepulciano vineyard. The gate has a card key reader, but the gate opens without using an access key. Just yank on it an it opens. I recall months ago there was a cable lock on that gate preventing it from opening, but the cable lock is not there anymore. I see that Bordeaux residents are using that gate but I think it should have a lock to prevent non-residents from using it to enter the vineyards (and therefore enter Bordeaux without any restrictions). -

| April 17, 2023 | Pool | One of the lane separators in the indoor pool is broken. The small metal hook at the "deep end" came off of the steel cable. It just needs a tiny cable clamp to reattach it. BTW, at the "shallow end", the apparatus to tighten and loosen the lane separator is frozen and has been for a long time. As a result, when the lane separator is removed, it's necessary to rotate and loosen the eyelet that screws into the side of the pool -- probably not a good long-term solution. The same apparatus on the other two late separators works well.

South east corner hillside. The fence is a wooden two rail fence from the park floor up the hillside (in/near the olive grove) to the back yards of the adjacent residences.
Tow rails are out of place needing repair.

| June 2, 2023 | Landscape | We would like to ask that the landscape staff trim down the plant growing on the other side of the wall on the side of our house. We live on the right side of the Latour gate. The plant is starting to come over the top of the sound wall. It is a climber and has started to come over the sound wall cap and it growing into our plants. The top of the sound wall is too high for us to get to.
It is also growing under the wall and coming up in our landscape. We realize there isn't anything that can be done about that but having to deal with both the top and the bottom of our wall to remove a plant that isn't in ours a bit much for us. My husband uses a walker and I have a bad back getting on a ladder to reach over to the other side of the sound wall is very difficult. Thank you for any help you can give us.
