The gate I'm referring to is near the lawn area where special events are held and near where garbage bins for the restaurant are located. It has a numbered key pad - not activated by a swipe card - and it opens up to the sidewalk on Vineyards Parkway.

| March 27, 2023 | Gates | Once again the Sonoma exit gate has remained open for several days. This is unacceptable. We all know about the recent burglaries and, although Trilogy is not a completely secured community, Blue Star should be working on making it more secure, not less.
Please don’t give your pat answer, “ We’re working on it.” How about a firm date when the problem will be resolved.

| April 8, 2023 | Gates | With crime increasing locally, and with this week's news that there may have been a Trilogy home break-in, my Porto neighbors are increasingly concerned that our vehicle gates are frequently mysteriously left fully open for hours at a time. Dave Lanier of Trilogy Neighborhood Watch believes I should get a reply and status report when I submit problems with our gates into this database. To date, I have never received a single bit of feedback after submitting problems here. I would like to get these so I may update my neighbors.

| April 8, 2023 | Gates | As I have reported before, the pedestrian gate for our Porto neighborhood in Trilogy by the Vineyards, is not closing by itself when pedestrians walk through without expressly closing the gate behind them. If left to swing shut by itself, the gate will often not close. This is not due to wind or any other weather condition. it can happen just as frequently on warm windless sunny days as it can in rainy, windy weather.
Note that I have submitted maintenance requests about this and about the vehicle gates that also do not close quite often. but I have never received any reply or status report for the comfort of my neighbors

| April 15, 2023 | Gates | In the back right corner of Monte Rosa park (city park located between Bordeaux and Tuscany) there is a gate that allows access to and from the Montepulciano vineyard. The gate has a card key reader, but the gate opens without using an access key. Just yank on it an it opens. I recall months ago there was a cable lock on that gate preventing it from opening, but the cable lock is not there anymore. I see that Bordeaux residents are using that gate but I think it should have a lock to prevent non-residents from using it to enter the vineyards (and therefore enter Bordeaux without any restrictions). -
