Maintenance Issue Reports

This is an ongoing issue with many requests over the years. The bushes on the upper half of Trilogy Parkway going up to the clubhouse need to be trimmed. Each year the maintenance staff only trim half way up the parkway and stop (for no apparent reason). Due to this, the bushes are in very poor shape and don't even closely resemble the nice and full and healthy bushes on the lower half. You can see the actual point where maintenance has stopped. Three years ago myself and another neighbor met with HOA staff and gardeners and both assured me that this would be remedied by repairing damaged water lines, replacement of dead bushes, additional fertilizer to repair the damage, and annual topping to keep the bushes healthy. Three years and multiple requests later, the bushes are worse than ever. While the lower portion was recently topped and most likely fertilized as an annual task and look amazing, the gardeners stopped at the same place they always do and left the upper half alone. Please can you please treat the upper bushes on the parkway with the same care you treat the lower half. Not asking for anything extra, just the same level of care. Respectfully, Linda Tarantino

The sprinklers are lower Miwok park at running evening, morning, and even mid day. You can hardly use the park.

1) All the palms east(?) of the spa need attention.
2) On the same side of the parking lot, as you would exit, is a wooden fence that is bleached white. It needs some wood oil.
3) Actually, that entire edge of the parking area that borders above the rear of Healing Rock homes is very neglected. Plants are suffering. Need water and/or replanting.

Elsewhere ...
4) The space between the tennis courts and the former sales office has weeds that are knee-high or taller.

The concrete post has leaned to the extent the rail have fallen out. See attached photo showing how much it has tipped.

Vehicle entry gate stuck open, Latour gate

Sonoma out gate 1/2 stuck open

The miwok entrance gate is broken. Looks like someone tried to break in or hit it with a car. But it is open and Bars on it are bent. It was dark when I saw it so I did not take a photo

St Julien pedestrian gate is NOT latching when closed. Anyone can just push or pull it open

Porto neighbors have asked me to request help with an outbound gate issue. Unlike other Trilogy at the Vineyards villages, Porto's exit gate does not open when small vehicles like motorcycles, e-bicycles, bicycles and golf carts approach to exit. We need a way to get the gate open. (Walking through the pedestrian gate is unsafe and awkward. Our gate fobs are of no use inside the village.)

The gate going out of Trilogy on Zinfandel is not working correctly. Only half of it opens and you can get through, but it is tight. That side of the gate has been working very slowly.

Latour entry gates stuck open

The pedestrian gate that allows access from the Montepulciano Vineyard into Bordeaux at Barsac Court is not working. Entering the code does not unlock the gate.
