| June 11, 2025 | Gates | The pedestrian gate at Solera and Vineyards (entrance to Tuscany) is misaligned and does not close. It's been this way for quite some time, and was reported originally on 5/20. The status on that report states that the item is "completed", but it definitely is not. Please revisit this.
Correct, it was updated incorrectly and has since been placed back under "in progess" status. We will update again when we get the repair date set. Thank you

I just walked out of the Bordeaux pedestrian gate and in through the Sonoma pedestrian gate on my way to Firenze, and there is a problem with both. The pedestrian Bordeaux gate fails to latch automatically, and the pedestrian gate at Sonoma does not unlatch long enough to pull it open while it is being unlocked.

Robert: I adjusted the Bordeaux gate closing speed and latching. Tested it multiple times, now latches. The Sonoma gate needs an electronic striker. One is on order.
