| April 17, 2023 | Pool | One of the lane separators in the indoor pool is broken. The small metal hook at the "deep end" came off of the steel cable. It just needs a tiny cable clamp to reattach it. BTW, at the "shallow end", the apparatus to tighten and loosen the lane separator is frozen and has been for a long time. As a result, when the lane separator is removed, it's necessary to rotate and loosen the eyelet that screws into the side of the pool -- probably not a good long-term solution. The same apparatus on the other two late separators works well.

There has been a Q-tip on the hoist chair “which is also disgusting,” a band aid amongst other bits all around the floor. It could do with bring disinfected at least once a week with people walking aroundceith no shoes on.

| February 20, 2024 | Pool | Why is the indoor pool room consistently hot and humid? The water temperature of the pool is too high, making it difficult to enjoy a good workout while doing laps. Also, a few of us are experiencing skin rashes after doing laps in the indoor pool, but not experiencing these symptoms when swimming in other pools. Are the water tests showing any problems with chlorine levels, pH,
total alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid, or total dissolved solids? Would you please share your test results with us? The pool is a great resource for swimming, but the heat and skin rashes are deterrents for using the pool.

I was rather shocked when I recently used a cabana and saw how ragged and shredded the curtains had become.
In general, the Club grounds, parking lots etc. are in the worst condition that I have seen in my 8+ years at Trilogy...

| July 2, 2021 | Pool | I have been hearing that there is an ant problem when renting the Cabanas. The ants will come out of nowhere and swarm your food. It is most unappetizing. We are renting a cabana on Monday, July 5th and on Saturday, July 10th. Please address this pest problem so the Cabanas can be enjoyed. Thank You!

| July 12, 2021 | Pool | I rented a cabana yesterday for my grandkids. They were spraying for ants while we were there, thank you. Also I noticed the quality of the Cabana has diminished. The chairs and furniture inside are worn out, the curtains on the sides and back are missing, the TV is gone and wires hanging out on all the Cabanas. Is this work in progress as well? Will there be some updates soon? Is it possible to add a ceiling fan as well? Thank you for listening.
