| May 7, 2026 | Gates | The Tuscany exit gate on Solera has been screeching day and night every time a car exits for about a week. It can be heard blocks away. I have reported this via phone and at the front desk half a dozen times with no action.

There is potential sinkhole developing(?) at the Sonoma Gate roundabout. Its is between the center ring around the garden and the asphalt. Located on the left as you exit the gate approching Vineyards Parkway stop sign.
Probably a good idea to check it out before Sonoma reseal.

| August 21, 2026 | Gates | Latour gate call box - - - When I was called from the call box to open the Latour gate I pressed 9 repeatedly without successfully opening the gate. I went down and rebooted the modem and checked with my phone and is working fine. please let us know if u have any more issues. thanks

| August 26, 2026 | Gates | When a visitor at the Porto gate enters my 4-digit code and presses CALL, the kiosk immediately gets my Verizon voicemail greeting. My iPhone never rings and the call does not appear in my Recent Calls.
However, calls to my iPhone from my landline work normally.
This happens when I am home or away from home.
This has been happening for several weeks. hi Robert, i just checked with my phone and is working fine. the number that will show up on your phone is 925-293-2541. can you please make sure this number isn't blocked. thank you
