Hello, the sidewalk is popping up and a tripping hazard on Miwok where it intersects Barbaresco, kind of near the corner. It's located on Miwok close to the corner kitty-corner to the park. You may want to spray it to alert seniors asap until it can be repaired. I took a photo if you have an email let me know and I can send.

Handle has now broken off the Latour pedestrian gate

golf cart gate to Bordeaux on Briones Valley STILL does not work! putting up a sign that says "gate working" does not fix the problem. It worked going in but not going out and wouldn't work again going in. My card does beep and briefly does turn light green but does not open the gate. Card works on other gates.

From Wine Lovers-(Photos wouldn't load.) Drinking fountain cover was found on the ground. Lots of "rat/mice droppings" between bar and wall. It was great having recycle and garbage bins empty for use.

For the past few weeks the Solera gates have remained open all day on Saturdays.

Fitness Studio temperature control. Lately the fitness studio has been very warm and hard to cool down. Even if the temperature is reset to 69 degrees, it will turn off and return to an 85 degree setting. This is problematic as the room becomes very warm and stuffy while exercising. Please help!

First, thank you for bringing back Miwok Park grass area, but the very north end near Chianti is now dead. The sprinklers had been working fine, but are now not covering this area. Perez used to kill weeds along the wrought iron fencing in the bark. The bark now is extremely thin and weeds are growing rapidly. My husband has been pulling them by hand behind our house, but other houses have the same weed problem. Will the bark be replaced in this area to reduce the amount of weed growth?

Fire Hydrant Blue Marker is still missing in front of 1837 Moscato. I reported this about a year ago when the trash truck took it on its turn?

Fescue grass area on the slope at back of Bordeaux Park should be mowed. There are many patches that have gone to seed and can be hazardous to our dogs if they inhale them.
