September 29, 2019 | Club | An announcement was sent out to members a while back that the "back" patio door in the gym by the treadmills was to be locked at all times. A sign was placed on the glass door referencing this policy. Now however, the sign has been removed from the door, and the door is regularly unlocked when I use the gym on a daily basis .
This policy was put into place for added security, and to prevent unauthorized non-member access to the gym, pool, and other facilities. Who changed this important policy, and why wasn't there a notification sent out to members, if it has been reversed?
Thank you,
Warren Watson

There has been a Q-tip on the hoist chair “which is also disgusting,” a band aid amongst other bits all around the floor. It could do with bring disinfected at least once a week with people walking aroundceith no shoes on.

April 8, 2023 | Gates | As I have reported before, the pedestrian gate for our Porto neighborhood in Trilogy by the Vineyards, is not closing by itself when pedestrians walk through without expressly closing the gate behind them. If left to swing shut by itself, the gate will often not close. This is not due to wind or any other weather condition. it can happen just as frequently on warm windless sunny days as it can in rainy, windy weather.
Note that I have submitted maintenance requests about this and about the vehicle gates that also do not close quite often. but I have never received any reply or status report for the comfort of my neighbors

August 20, 2024 | Gates | At 7:16pm, I witnessed the right-side exit gate for Latour Gate stick open. At the same time, there was a distinctive beeping sound from the gate system. When a vehicle entered the Latour gate, the stuck gate and the entry gates closed at the same time.

August 17, 2020 | Landscape | At roughly 8:30 AM the last couple of days, there is the sound of a lot of water flowing under one of the rosemary shrubs in Miwok park. Haven't dug into the dense plant, but I'm guessing it is a drip that blew it's head off or undergrounded hosing since not a lot of water, just the sound of rushing water. I took a photo of which plant it is if you want me to email it to someone. If not, it's near the entrance off of Miwok near the gate (NOT the one off of Chianti). On right side as you enter, roughly 3rd plant in between walkway and gasline sign

September 19, 2023 | Villages | At the corner of California Trail and Chardonnay Lane in Sonoma Village, on the east/lower end, there is a hole in the edge of the asphalt. The hole is small but the void underneath it seems pretty deep. As rain water flows down California Trail, I suspect it flows into that hole. This may start undermining the road at that corner. In fact, it is looking like the asphalt is starting to sink around that hole. I think it would be good to get that hole/void filled in before the heavy rains come. I have attached a picture of the hole.
**** Response from HOA - * Asphalt Company will address this when they are completing the street crack-fill project at the end of October. JW ****
