Upper Miwok Park: Two dripper sprinklers near the big oak tree are broken. They are shooting water into the air up to 6 feet away.

I continue to have concerns regarding the cleaning of the gym. I have reported my concerns before. There are "dust bunnies" underneath and by equipment. I took several pictures today, and will (hopefully) attach them. I don't know how often the gym gets a thorough cleaning, but it should (in my opinion) be at least every week to 2 weeks.

I just tried sending 4 photos, but the message won't go through, so I'm sending only one.

The v- ditch behind 1640 Healing Rock (Porto Village) has filled with gravel and debris from the water pipe break in the vineyard. Should we have rain, my property is in danger of flooding .

Urgent need to repair or turn on wine barn ceiling fan today in preparation for an Olive Club event tonight! Given the extreme heat the fan is urgently needed.
