Maintenance Issue Reports

Oak trees along Vineyards Pkwy - starting at St. Julien entrance and ending at NE entrance to Monte Rosa park - were recently trimmed by the city, I assume. However, no one picked up the tree debris. They are laying all over the plants. I moved some of them onto a utility cover (see attached picture) but there's lots more all over the plants along the sidewalk.

Numerous deliveries indicate my gate code (4166) is not working at the Bordeaux gate where we live.

Noted there is a broken sconce light fixture at the vanity mirror in the women's locker room (left side when walking in, closest to the wall). Also noted the (2) vanity stools, as well as the cabinets themselves, especially where the swimsuit dryer is located, have seen better days. Is there a scheduled timeline for replacement of these items? Thank you! Celeste Storrs

New treadmill in the Gym is not working

Need new chalk cubes for pool tables in pool tables room. Need at least 6-8 each.

My wife and I live at 1750 Chardonnay Court. Every day I walk our dog on the "ridge" next to our house which has a lot of olive trees. These trees have historically been very healthy. However, this year I've noticed that several of the trees are doing something I've not seen before. One tree has leaves that are are turning yellow and dropping lots of leaves (in one location so far) but other trees have also started to have yellow leaves at other locations, but not has much as the first one. We have lived here since 2014 and not experienced this before. Should I be worried about the health of these trees? Maybe someone should come and look at them??? I would be happy to have someone come by my house so I could show it to them. (BTW, we will be out of town beginning on June 2, so it would be good if someone could come by before then and I'll be happy to point out my concern.) We really like the trees, they've added much beauty to the area. We don't want to lose them. P.S. We often have other people who walk their dogs along the ridge too. I'm sure they would appreciate healthy trees too!

My card does not open the sidewalk Solera gate. When I can scan the card it beeps and the light turns green but the latch does not open when the lever is pushed down. I have tried this several times and it works occasionally. I can use the card to open the car gate.

Miwok pedestrian gate locking hardware is missing, gate can be opened without badge

Miwok gates not working. Beeping loudly! Entrance side is half open. Large vehicles cannot get in, i.e. emergency vehicles! Exit side stuck open.
