Maintenance Issue Reports

The net strap on Tennis Court #1 is worn and needs to be replaced.

As a workaround we swapped out our strap with the one from the unused net on the pickle ball court.

Can a new net strap be ordered for the net on Tennis Court #1?

The players can install the new strap once it arrives.

Clock at pickleball courts has stopped

It would help to have a ceilng fan installed on the pergola between the tennis and pickleball courts. There is electrical feed there and also the structure to hold the fan. This would add to the comfort and health of the players and guests during the extreme summer months. Thanks from Alan Cezar

The lock is not working on the shed - maybe just needing the battery to be replaced. Located behind tennis court #2.

Clock at pickleball courts is running slow. This morning (Friday) it was 10 minutes behind.

Robert: A new battery was installed.

Several of the electrical outlets at the tennis and pickleball courts don't work. We need them to work for special events to aid in food and beverage service, and potentially to help dry and clean the courts. Please restore all outlets near the shade structure between the tennis and pickleball courts to a functioning level.

Robert: I have created a work order for these repairs.

Fire Hydrant Blue Marker is still missing in front of 1837 Moscato. I reported this about a year ago when the trash truck took it on its turn?

A home in Bordeaux on St. Julien had a water leak which ran downhill to the olive grove path next to St. Emilion. Water and mud have made the path a potential fall/slip risk and a v ditch filled with mud. Will attach a photo from last night.

What was once dirt across the path in the olive grove in Bordeaux is now mud. I know this has been reported but not sure when it will be fixed. I walk thru there every day and now with the rain it is getting very messy. We hoped to
Avoid this by having it reported some time ago when it was dusty dirt. It seems that the path needs new and more gravel.

There is a street light flickering on Chianti between Corsica and Barbaresco. It is on the West side of the street closest to Barbaresco

I would like to report of a large road crack that has been developing for quite a while at the upper part (near the end) of Gamay Lane in the Bordeaux village.

The olive grove path running from St Emilion lane to the Bordeaux Park is in need of maintenance. The weeds are growing across the entire path in spots, eventually, there will be no path!! The area of mud is still there, I suppose with the warmer weather it will turn to dust!! I was told that that issue would be addressed in January. The path desperately needs new gravel and weed removal. There is also serious overgrowth between the Olive trees. Many of these weeds are grasses that have spikes that are dangerous for our dogs.
