Maintenance Issue Reports

The vacant lot next to our home at 1619 Chianti Ln. has a SERIOUS water drainage problem that needs IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. In 2020 a similar problem existed and it was NOT promptly taken care of resulting in flooding of our side yard and trees that had become uprooted (wind) because of supersaturated soils. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN AGAIN!! Thank you for your immediate attention.

The v-ditch behind homes on east side of Healing Rock Ct has considerable amount of leaves and debris that should be removed prior to the rains. Could cause flooding and or blocking of drain inlet.

Blue Fire Hydrant Marker in the Cul-de-sac at the end of Moscato PL. This was mentioned many many months ago also. I believe the sealing puts these back on?

Many of the newly planted young trees along Miwok and Chianti plus lower Miwok park are not securely anchored to the stakes in an upright position and are bending over due to the wind. This seems to be an ongoing repetitive issue. These are young trees and need appropriate support to keep them growing in an upright position until they are old enough to stand straight on their own. The current method of anchoring these trees apparently is not working. Please don't let these beautiful trees become like the terribly slanted tree located on Zinfandel at the entrance to the vineyard (next door to my house).

Bordeaux park overwatered to the point of being too soggy to walk on. Also, a trash container with a yellow "caution" tape around it for some reason.

Street light #7189 cycling between on/off. This light is located in front of 1073 Pomerol Circle in the Rhône village.

In Tuscany Village, the following street lights are on during the day, 205152, 205120, 250144, 205155, 205160, 205162, 205163 and probably more since my daily walk does not cover the entire village.

Also, a number of houses have burned out address lights. Perhaps the night security watch could record the burned out address locations so the owners could be notified. Even though the address lights are on 24/7 (for no reason), it is very difficult to see that the bulbs are out during the daytime so the owners are probably unaware. The address lights use two 2825 bulbs (12V, 5W) and are available at Amazon, Ace Hardware and most automotive parts stores.

Irrigation problem in Bordeaux Park. Flower bed along sidewalk on Latour is flooded and lawn is saturated in some areas.

Newly Resurfaced Road Damaged. While walking on Pinot Place today and noticed that a small section of the newly sealed road was damaged by a vehicle tire. This is in front of 1659 Pinot Place. You can see the tire mark has removed the sealant and the old road surface is visible. I don't know if this damage occurred because a vehicle drove on the road before the sealant had set, or the sealant was applied to thinly. While American Asphalt is still working in Trilogy I think it would be good for them to come and repair this issue.

Doggie waste bin is overflowing! Please check the stock of waste bags as well. I didn’t notice if that was empty. I reported the other trash bins needed emptying to Stacy yesterday. The large bins were emptied but the dog waste was not. Are these 2 separate maintenance issues? This is in Bordeaux Park. Thanks

The pedestrian gate/door into Bordeaux at Latour is missing a straight piece of metal that closed off the space near the decorative filigree (we saw the piece on the ground next to the gate 2 days ago) and because it is gone you can now effectively put your hand through from the outside and reach down to the knob on the inside and let yourself into the community.

Latour pedestrian gate will no longer lock. No matter how hard you push it into place it can swing back open.
