Since I live on Miwok Court I am a frequent visitor to the Wine Barn property on a daily basis. I have noticed that often times when a group uses the Wine Barn the trash is not removed regularly. Right now there is a filled lined trash can on the front patio area that has been there since last week and it stinks! Also at various times the lights have not been set correctly when the maintenance people come to close up - leaving the entire property dark. May I suggest that you come up with a procedure or checklist that is posted for groups to know how to dispose of trash and set the lights when they leave. The alternative is to do the same with staff.

| January 5, 2023 | Landscape | Trail below Vineyard behind the Bocce Park and along the trail towards the bend in the trail: With every rain mud from the vineyard washes down onto the gravel trail and moves closer and closer to the homes. There are several areas where the mud has reached the v-ditch. I see that waddle was placed at the base of the vineyard along the Chardonnay side of the trail. The same thing needs to be done along the California Trail side of the vineyard ASAP before we have mud coming into our yards or flowing into the park.

| February 10, 2024 | Gates | Today I used the new padlock that was recently installed on the gate at the end of Latour. The lock appeared to be locked when I used the 1443 code to unlock it. However, when I went to close the lock, it will not stay locked. No matter what code I set the lock to, it will unlock with a slight tug. Seems the lock is broken. I left the lock on the chain so it looks like it is locked.

| July 31, 2024 | Landscape | This is an ongoing issue with many requests over the years. The bushes on the upper half of Trilogy Parkway going up to the clubhouse need to be trimmed. Each year the maintenance staff only trim half way up the parkway and stop (for no apparent reason). Due to this, the bushes are in very poor shape and don't even closely resemble the nice and full and healthy bushes on the lower half. You can see the actual point where maintenance has stopped. Three years ago myself and another neighbor met with HOA staff and gardeners and both assured me that this would be remedied by repairing damaged water lines, replacement of dead bushes, additional fertilizer to repair the damage, and annual topping to keep the bushes healthy. Three years and multiple requests later, the bushes are worse than ever. While the lower portion was recently topped and most likely fertilized as an annual task and look amazing, the gardeners stopped at the same place they always do and left the upper half alone. Please can you please treat the upper bushes on the parkway with the same care you treat the lower half. Not asking for anything extra, just the same level of care. Respectfully, Linda Tarantino

I am reporting a broken sprinkler head that is spewing a large amount of water at the bottom of the Tempranillo vineyard in back of the home at 2029 Tempranillo Lane. It looks like it's been going for a while and a large amount of water is being lost and is eroding the walking path.

| September 14, 2023 | Pool | There is ground chalk on the pool deck next to the baby entrance to the pool a bit in front of the monitor's table. I assume this is left over from Grandparents Day on Sunday but definitely should be cleaned up. Certainly does not represent a "resort pool" atmosphere.

| July 12, 2022 | Landscape | There is a tree with dead branches & a split trunk in the area outside the gym windows. When you are sitting on the recumbent bikes, you’re looking right at it. I reported this to the concierge desk & the gym desk several months ago. The dead tree remains & is very unsightly. Please remedy the situation.

| May 5, 2020 | Vineyards | There is a significant vineyard irrigation leak on Petite Syrah hill. It is located at the end of one of the rows of vines, that face Trilogy Parkway, about halfway between the bocce courts and the Porto neighborhood. The water is pouring out of the connection between the black irrigation pipe and the rigid line coming out of the ground. I placed a small wooden stake by the line that is leaking, but you can easily see where the water has run as the ground has been washed away. I can provide a Google maps photo of the location if you need it.

| August 17, 2024 | Gates | There is a problem with the right hand side gate mechanism for the Zinfandel Entrance gate. Earlier today I heard a banging noise when the gate opened. When I went back to look at the gate the top cover of the motor mechanism is damage. As I watched the gate open, just about when the right hand side gate is fully opened, the mechanism makes a noise and the top part of the unit pops up. Seems something in the mechanism is not working properly and cause the internals to poke through the cover.

My understanding is that this lamp post has been missing for a few years now. Has anyone contacted the City of Brentwood regarding the replacement of this lamp post? Isn't replacement covered by: "Landscape and Lighting District No. 06-3 Vineyards. The Community lies within the boundaries of the City of Brentwood Landscape and Lighting District No. 06-3 Vineyards (referred to above as the “LLD"). The LLD was formed to fund landscape maintenance and energy and maintenance costs of streetlights on arterial streets within the LLD."? Given all the special taxes and assessments that we pay, it seems like the City of Brentwood should perform this type of maintenance in a more timely fashion. Thanks.

| April 10, 2023 | Villages | There are several large cracks (1-3" wide) across the entire width of the street on Sacred Mountain lane. These cracks have got progressively wider with time and the recent recent rains have made them worse. I suspect they will get worse if not repaired right away and the underlying foundation will be compromised.
