| August 28, 2024 | Club | The TV’s on the recumbent bikes are, once again, not working. 2 of the bikes get a few channels & the other one gets a few more. How long do we have to wait for functioning equipment ? This is beyond reasonable time allowed to have this ongoing problem resolved. It’s been ongoing for a year.
The cost of new recumbent bikes is a fraction of what you want to invest in “the kitchen”. Replace the darn bikes already.

| July 20, 2020 | Landscape | The Trees behind my home at 1627 Healing Rock Court which faces the Club Parking Lot are dying. They were originally YEW PINES like the others along that row of homes. My neighbor The Schwartz asked to have them removed and replaced with these bushes for more privacy. I never approved this removal but didn't want to cause any issues. BUT now that they are not doing well please have them removed and REPLANTED with the YEW PINES that were original planted when I purchased my home. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for reading this request.

| May 31, 2025 | Club | The thermostat in the men’s locker room is set to 85 degrees. This leaves the locker room very hot and humid (from the showers). Please change it to something reasonable before the weather gets really hot!
06/04/25: We cleared the programming on the thermostat. It will no longer go to 85 degrees; we'll keep checking it, but it should be and stay comfortable in there.

| December 2, 2019 | Wine Barn | THe sprinklers on the northeast side of the Wine Barn lawn have been running continuously over the last couple of weeks and one of them has a major leak. I reported this to the front desk about a week ago, but nothing seems to have changed. The lawn is being drowned out and it's a major waste of water, so I'm hoping this message gets to the right people to investigate and fix. Thanks!

| May 28, 2024 | Landscape | The sprinkler controller at the Lafite Court golf cart path leading to Rhone village (common planting area) has been inoperable for several years. I have previously reported the issue, as did Michael Wolfe prior to his death. Unfortunately, after years of neglect many plants have died and/or withered away. Please have someone inspect our irrigation system here at the end of Lafite Court and repair the sprinkler controllers. I manually turn the system on for my side (in front of 1100 Lafite) at least once a week, as does the gardener for my neighbor at 1101 Lafite Court. However, when we are away for several weeks the vegetation suffers immensely, particularly in the summer months.
