Maintenance Issue Reports

All the olive tree light are out from California Trail to the Bell Tower in the Median. Main Fountain Lights in the Circle are out.

Light is out over pool table next to shuffle board.

The up lights under the two Magnolia trees out from the event entrance parallel to the parking lot as well as the one on the opposite of the circle in the same position. These have been burned out pretty much since we have lived here six plus years.

The screen interface on the middle recumbent bike is glitchy. It seems to be working at first, but freezes up in the middle of a workout. Thanks.

One of the pool tables was damaged when it was moved to make room for chairs to view a football play-off game over a month ago. It has not been repaired.

1. Safety concern: During this move one of the pool table legs cracked off and was partially replaced, and even though the table is level the separation is visibly still there. If someone playing pool were to put their weight (like sitting on the edge as is commonly done) on that end to make a shot the leg could further separate and the table could even collapse.
2. The pool table felt has been altered as a result. There are places where the felt is now loose fitting on the slate and as a result it alters the path of a ball traveling over the area.
3. The leather netting inside the pockets of one pocket on each table has holes in it where balls often get stuck, and sometime slide through. They need to be replaced.
4. There is no noticeable maintenance in the recreation room. For example the pool chalk has been used up and has not been replaced. Some of the players have donated their own chalk so that there is some working chalk in the pool area.
5. Many of the cue sticks are warped or have damaged tips and have for some time.

2 Gym issues: 1) The ants have reappeared on the mat in the back corner. I have seen them two consecutive days now, as I stretch out back by the mirrors in the gym.
2) There is an exercise bike that has been turned so the rider looks onto the exercise mat, instead of outside. Please return the bike so the position of the rider looks outside as they exercise. It is extremely uncomfortable for those stretching on the mat.

the Porto entry gate is broken again. Could you please have someone correct the problem.

golf cart gate to Bordeaux on Briones Valley STILL does not work! putting up a sign that says "gate working" does not fix the problem. It worked going in but not going out and wouldn't work again going in. My card does beep and briefly does turn light green but does not open the gate. Card works on other gates.

Pedestrian/golf cart gate at end of Lafite Lane is not working or at least this morning, October 11, it was not working.
