Maintenance Issue Reports

I understand that you are working to repair the Latour gates. Just an FYI that the Latour entrance gate remains open. See photo below. Thank you for your continued attention to the operation of Bordeaux gates.

I wanted to let you know that while I was walking the other day I noticed a big bush growing out of the storm drain in front of 1811 Moscato Place.
It looks like an Oleander, which is quite hardy and can get quite large, it is already taking up a good amount of space within the storm drain. It should be addressed as soon as possible so it is easier to remove.
The more established the roots get the bigger the issue will be to get it out of there. If they just cut it off, it will regrow still fuller down in the storm drain, which could be very problematic when we get rain again.

I would like the bushes on Trilogy Parkway behind my house topped and trimmed at least a foot, preferably even with the top of the iron fence. I live at 1966 Sacred Mountain Lane and in order for the bushes to grow full and healthy, they need to be topped annually. Several have died over the years due to improper care, as this has been an ongoing issue for several years. I was also advised last year that the bushes would be topped annually in the spring as part of the standard maintenance program and that I would not need to send in a request as I have since I moved into the home in 2019. I also watched maintenance staff top and trim only the bushes behind 1958 Sacred Mountains home today, leaving the rest of the block undone. Why is that? If you look at those bushes, you can see a noticeable difference versus the bushes behind my home.

I'm not sure how to report this, but this is the only mechanism that I know of for reporting anything.

The lids that are available for the tops of the coffee cups at the morning coffee service in the club are the wrong size for the cups. I only infrequently go up to the club for morning coffee, but the lid now always pops off my coffee cup and the hot coffee burns my hands. I have also seen this happen to others. I do not recall this happening last year. Can't something be done to correct this?

I’d like to report a damaged fence needing repair.
It’s at Bordeaux Park.
South east corner hillside. The fence is a wooden two rail fence from the park floor up the hillside (in/near the olive grove) to the back yards of the adjacent residences.
Tow rails are out of place needing repair.

In library room, two bulbs out, just over chess tables..
Requested front desk to contact maintenance 3 times

In Sawa Spa ladies lounge a hook is missing on the wall in the second shower and in the bathroom.

In the gym, if the sun is out the treadmills are pretty much unusable if the shades aren’t down. The controller and automatic settings seem to be broken. If the shades and controller can’t be fixed please at least lower the shades so the treadmills can be used.

In the Komei room there's a floor mirror against the wall. This mirror is not secured to the wall, therefore it will fall on people if anyone bumps into it or moves it by accident. It has fallen on us a couple of times. Perhaps it could be secured to the wall in some way.

In Tuscany Village, the following street lights are on during the day, 205152, 205120, 250144, 205155, 205160, 205162, 205163 and probably more since my daily walk does not cover the entire village.

Also, a number of houses have burned out address lights. Perhaps the night security watch could record the burned out address locations so the owners could be notified. Even though the address lights are on 24/7 (for no reason), it is very difficult to see that the bulbs are out during the daytime so the owners are probably unaware. The address lights use two 2825 bulbs (12V, 5W) and are available at Amazon, Ace Hardware and most automotive parts stores.

Indoor pool: flooding between the entry pool steps & the bench.

Irrigation leak at Meritage Park in Tuscany. Water has been flowing for several days across from the houses 1600 Meritage loop. The ground is super saturated with water and has been flowing down to the drain for a few weeks.
