Dr. Amy is Trilogy's Naturopath in Residence and is based in Arizona at Trilogy at Vistancia®. Since 2009, Dr. Amy has played a critical role in our communities across the country, publishing a monthly Wellness Journal on MyTrilogyLife.com and doing individual consultations as well as group presentations. Dr. Amy’s concentration is in endocrine, hormonal, and preventive medicine.

Alvea Spa, Salon & Wellness is located just minutes from the 17, 101, or 303 freeways and is easily accessible from Peoria, Glendale, Sun City, and Phoenix. Set within the breathtaking Kiva Club at Trilogy at Vistancia, Alvea is open to the public with preferred pricing available for residents of Trilogy.
We strongly suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment but even more if you want to enjoy the Whirlpool in the Zen Garden or so you will have time to enjoy the dressing room amenities and a soothing cup of tea in our relaxation area before your treatment begins.

If you plan to use the outside whirlpool either before or after your services, you will also need to bring swimwear, as this is a coed area. If you plan to spend additional time outside you may want to bring sunscreen as well. We recommend against bringing valuables to the spa.
Gratuities are not included in the price of your treatment. Although it is an individual decision to tip accordingly, the standard is 18% – 20% of the standard or non-discounted price of service.
To avoid a 50% cancellation fee, we ask that individual appointments be cancelled at least four hours prior to the appointment time and multiple appointments, twenty-four hours in advance.
