Today was the second event I was at recently where the presenter had a heck of a time as the mic won't stay in position, constantly slipping down. This happened at the Comedy show and today at the WOW event. It looked very frustrating for the presenter who can't always be holding the microphone in their hands. Thank-you.

| September 3, 2024 | Gates | Porto neighbors have asked me to request help with an outbound gate issue. Unlike other Trilogy at the Vineyards villages, Porto's exit gate does not open when small vehicles like motorcycles, e-bicycles, bicycles and golf carts approach to exit. We need a way to get the gate open. (Walking through the pedestrian gate is unsafe and awkward. Our gate fobs are of no use inside the village.)

| December 20, 2024 | Club | 2 Gym issues: 1) The ants have reappeared on the mat in the back corner. I have seen them two consecutive days now, as I stretch out back by the mirrors in the gym.
2) There is an exercise bike that has been turned so the rider looks onto the exercise mat, instead of outside. Please return the bike so the position of the rider looks outside as they exercise. It is extremely uncomfortable for those stretching on the mat.

| December 26, 2024 | Bocce Court | Happy Holiday! Not urgent but the bathroom at the Bocce courts needs cleaning. I tried to tidy it up yesterday (paper towels on the floor, even gave the toilet a scrub but you need a new brush there and there was no cleaning product.). There is toilet paper but I couldn't figure out how to put it on the holder. Paper towels are out as well. Thanks very much.
