| September 3, 2022 | Landscape | The hedges on Trilogy Parkway approximately 1/2 way up on the right hand side (as you are going up the parkway) need to be trimmed again. This has been an issue for several years and I am hoping we can have the hedges maintained and looking like the same hedges on the lower section of the Parkway. The only way this can happen is with consistent trimming the top of the hedges, proper irrigation and fertilizing on a regular basis.

| March 9, 2025 | Gates | The Latour exit gate continues to periodically remain open after a car drives through then when it closes it beeps and remains open until the next car drives through then the gate will close. I know this sounds weird but we were walking home and stood at the open Latour exit gate and observed this in progress

| August 23, 2025 | Villages | There is an issue with standing water and a buildup of algae along the street on Meritage Loop from the west end (1586 Meritage Loop) up to the storm drain between 1592 and 1594 Meritage Loop. This has been occurring yearly since the completion of some of the landscaping on the west side of the loop. It attracts pigeons, mice, and other creatures and is unsanitary. Something needs to be done about it.
I will pass this along to the HOA.
