| April 8, 2023 | Gates | With crime increasing locally, and with this week's news that there may have been a Trilogy home break-in, my Porto neighbors are increasingly concerned that our vehicle gates are frequently mysteriously left fully open for hours at a time. Dave Lanier of Trilogy Neighborhood Watch believes I should get a reply and status report when I submit problems with our gates into this database. To date, I have never received a single bit of feedback after submitting problems here. I would like to get these so I may update my neighbors.

| July 26, 2023 | Landscape | There is an Italian cypress tree at the southeast corner of the intersection of Sacred Mountain Lane and Vineyards Parkway that is leaning heavily and appears to be falling over. It looks like a previous effort to stake and stabilize the tree has failed.

| January 13, 2023 | Villages | You probably have received many complaints about“Lake Moscato" in front of 1816 Moscato. I would think it should be a simple and cheap fix. It’s been a problem literally for 5+? years. In heavy rain the water pools in front of the house so much that it goes over the middle of the road and drains somewhat on that side of the street. Maybe it could be solved by a pipe or a small, deeper gutter to the storm drain several feet away.

| March 3, 2026 | Wine Barn | I called Feb. 25 and left a message with facilities about the lights on the Wine Barn being left on 24/7 for days. I was very thankful that someone went there to turn them off within 3 hours of my report. Unfortunately, I had to call again on Feb. 27 as they were back on again. I'm not sure that anyone showed up then or not. As of Mar. 2 they were on and they are still on today, Mar. 3.

| January 4, 2023 | Vineyards | The cement v ditch on the other side of my back fence is in bad shape from the recent rains. heavy rain water has gouged it out between the ditch and the service road. I am concerned about further rains collapsing the cement v ditch. an emergencie stop gap would just take a couple of sand bags to divert the water (like was done to my neighbors ditch) immediately after my fence ends.
