The vineyard gate on Viognier Ct is not working. I live right by the gate and I get requests to let people in often. This seems to be an ongoing issue and it gets fixed but then breaks again. Thanks

Viognier Ct pedestrian gate lock not working. No power to keypad. Barsac working fine

At the St Julien gate, the pedestrian gate closing mechanism is not attached to the gate. (I don't know if it's supposed to be attached or just push against it.) The gate seems to latch OK if it's released from wide-open, but it does not latch if released from nearly-closed.

Robert: I adjusted the closing hinge spring. The gate now closes from 4in away. Also, the mechanism you see is installed correctly it's a closer assist.

The ceiling fans in the gym are rotating at various speeds (some slow, some fast), even though the selector on the wall is set to “fans hi.” In addition, one fan is not working at all. Thank you.

Robert: The Programming tech had a family emergency on the 4th the day before our appointment. we are waiting for a new date and time for the programmers return.

Pathway lights walking down to the Porto gate from the clubhouse are still out. This problem has been reported to the concierge but still not fixed.

Clock on pickleball court is gone. I think it fell down in the storm and broke.

I am one of the Trilogy Pickleball Club Board members and have a maintenance issue for you. Two new shade structures were added along one side of the pickleball courts. The posts supporting these structures sit in one of the grass areas that is irrigated using pop up sprinkler heads. Some of these sprinkler heads now need to be adjusted to both reduce the amount of overspray on the posts and to ensure the surrounding grass still receives the water it needs.

There is a caution tape on the sidewalk across from the Porto gate that has lost adhesion and is half way come off.

Robert: I will apply new tape and notify HOA on the issue so they can have the sidewalk ground down or replace that section.

I walked by the wine barn this afternoon a few minutes after 4:00. All the string lights were on. Why? Sunset is not till 6:00. Most likely the timers need to be adjusted.

An announcement was sent out to members a while back that the "back" patio door in the gym by the treadmills was to be locked at all times. A sign was placed on the glass door referencing this policy. Now however, the sign has been removed from the door, and the door is regularly unlocked when I use the gym on a daily basis .

This policy was put into place for added security, and to prevent unauthorized non-member access to the gym, pool, and other facilities. Who changed this important policy, and why wasn't there a notification sent out to members, if it has been reversed?

Please have someone check the sprinklers on Miwok Ave in front of the wine barn. The planter area is like a swamp. Several dead trees were removed, most likely due to over watering. Hopefully they will be replaced soon.
